MBF and Monte del Frà
The history of Monte del Frà began in the mid-20th century in the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda. The company was founded by brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo who, with passion, still cultivate vines and export their products all over the world together with their children Marica, Massimo and Silvia.
From the outset, Monte del Frà has been dedicated to the production of Veneto wines that best convey the spirit of the land. Loyalty and appreciation of the land are the fundamental values that characterise the Veronese company.
Today, the winery boasts a cultivation of around 200 hectares of vineyards in the territories of Custoza doc, Valpolicella Classica, Lugana doc and Bardolino.
The collaboration with MBF began in the 2000s with the purchase of the 'Synchrofill' lightweight vacuum monobloc composed of a Rinser, Filler and Capping machine. This solution ensured greater production efficiency, respect for product quality and total protection against oxygen absorption.
After more than 20 years, in 2021, the continuous growth of the winery led to the purchase of a Superbloc, an innovative solution that optimises compactness, efficiency, reliability and flexibility producing excellent results.
The light vacuum system consisting of a rinser, filler, capper (for flush and screw caps), capper and labeller in the Superbloc version has optimised both the space occupied and employees required on the line, leading to greater production efficiency, with an eye also to sustainability.
This is also thanks to the integration of the MES, Manufacturing Execution System, software that guarantees direct and constant communication with the machinery of the entire bottling line, ensuring timely and up-to-date data on production progress, so that any issues can be identified and corrected.
